Experience :

2 years work in the voluntary sector - The National Trust, The National Trust for Scotland, Hooke Park College (John Makepiece) and The Centre for Alternative Technology.

6 years work as an employee of Carpenter Oak & Woodland Co. Ltd working on many projects including the survey and drawings for the new Lantern of The Great Kitchen at Windsor Castle, Charlton Court Barn and a 70m long curved footbridge at the Earth Centre.

2 years in self-employment designing and making timber framed buildings and associated structures.

2 ½ years as a full-time freelance timber designer at Roderick James Architects LLP.

In 1996 Cameron traveled to Romania with Henry Russell who was awarded a Winston Churchill Scholarship. Henry took Caroline Rye (film maker) and Cameron Scott (photographer) with him to document the architecture and people of Romania. The resulting films and photos can be seen below.
