Description :

This compact 100m2 lodge sleeps 4 people at first floor with a living kitchen and bathroom at ground floor. High levels of timber based insulation, tripple glazed units and careful detailing result in a very low heat requirement, as a result there is no central heating system installed. Calculations estimate that the wood burning stove will only need lighting occasionally, we have installed monitoring equipment in this building to compare theory against reality. Hot water is primarily provided by solar with electic top-up.
