Description :

The breif from the cleint was for a first floor extension over the existing garage, linked to the house at first floor. The oak frame makes use of the existing raft foundation by sending down posts on the outside of the garage wall. This coupled with a first floor jetty makes the first floor space significantly larger than the original footprint.
